The easiest way to start IF is to skip breakfast. Patients who do this and stop nibbling between meals lose weight naturally without calorie counting or exercising.
I personally do a 24 hour fast at least 5 days a week and on the other 2 days I do 18 hours without eating.

This has been shown to boost the immune system, heart health and promote longevity.โ€™
